Please note that revisions made less than the (14) business days prior to delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee, so we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

We require all orders to have a valid method of payment on file prior to delivery. It’s important to note that orders will not be released for delivery without a signed contract, deposit paid, and a valid method of payment on file. To streamline the process, balance payment needs to be made in full prior to the arrival of our delivery staff.

You can cancel your order anytime up to fourteen (14) business days before delivery without incurring any charges and to have a rain check issued. However, cancellations made within the fourteen-day window leading up to delivery may be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 50% of the item’s price. Cancelling your order on the day of delivery will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Our standard rental period includes a 24-hour rental duration. If you need to keep the rental products for longer than 24 hours, additional charges will apply. We may also, at our discretion, deliver items prior to the contracted date and time. If you require an earlier set up then the standard time included in your rental contract additional fees may apply for the early setup.
